- Payment Method
- Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, or other method designated by us. Products are shipped after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping Method
- Products are shipped via EMS (International Express Mail Service).
- Shipping Compensation

Compensation for loss or damage during shipping is covered within the EMS compensation range (up to JPY 20,000).
For shipments valued over JPY 20,000, additional coverage is available at JPY 50 per JPY 20,000 increment upon request.
Example:
- JPY 20,000 – under 40,000: additional JPY 50
- JPY 40,000 – under 60,000: additional JPY 100
- Delivery Time
- Products are normally shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur depending on stock and shipping circumstances.
- Order Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed upon our acceptance notice. We may be unable to accept orders depending on stock availability.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted as a general rule. In case of defects, damage, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
